Underrated Background Characters We Hope To See More Of

Let’s face it — Brenda has captured our hearts the very moment she represented the entire fandom. If a drunk, happy nymph is what we need for more Persades fluff moments, then we definitely don’t mind seeing more of Brenda.
2. Front Desk Ladies
They see and hear everything in Tower 1. I want a 100-page side comic of these two about their daily lives.
3. Minthe’s (Past) Agent and Ginger
Justice for Ginger! No one deserves to be yelled at by a nasty, manipulative Underworld nymph. What is their life post-Minthe? A happy, thriving Ginger is what we need to see.
4. The Clean Up Crew
Okay, so these two basically have all the dirt (no pun intended!) on what is going on in all of the realms. We want the dish on Poseidon’s after-parties, Aphrodite’s lavish weekends, etc.
5. Sully the Bank Snake
Poor Ginger isn’t the only one on Minthe’s victim list, Sully the Bank Snake had to endure her temper while minding his own business (and working! We stan a hardworking snake). In my head, Sully is the Underworld Corp Bank’s employee of the century, with the highest credit card sign-up rate the Underworld has ever seen. Alas, he doesn’t get enough credit.
6. Underworld Retail Ladies
“Tender as fuck” nymph and her bestie are also on the Persades ship, and they might get along well with Brenda, who (I think) will be ecstatic to know the details of that kiss while chugging on Barley water.
7. Happy, Spring-Loving Underworld Resident
I can only imagine how deprived of life the Underworld residents must feel. We briefly saw this lady taking a moment to bask joyfully in spring blossoms falling all over the Underworld.
She was probably headed somewhere. Possibly late. The trenchcoat, chill/taking in the moment, and latte at hand feels all too familiar.
8. Garlic Lover Flower Nymph
An icon. A queen. Someone had to say it, and she had every gut imaginable to say it to the King of the Underworld. But girlie was simply speaking fact and it’s not like she was wrong. Everyone knows that how much garlic is indicated in every recipe is merely a suggestion.
9. Cat Bank Lady
Did she ever get her job back? Is she chilling on the Persades cruise ship with fellow Underworld beings? So many questions about Cat Bank Lady, so little screen time.
10. Checkpoint Guy
Not going to lie, it was a hard choice between Elevator Imp and Checkpoint Guy, but everyone seems to love and know Underworld Imp, and this is a list of underrated characters. Checkpoint Guy just wants to have a good day and be respected in his job for once, and I sympathize.
We see many beings coming in and out of the Underworld, but we barely see Checkpoint Guy. Checkpoint Guy needs a break.
