Zeus is in the mortal realm and finds a giant tree at the location of Persephone’s Act of Wrath. Hermes arrives. Zeus asks if he’s seen Persephone, describes the act of wrath, and how he knows gods are lying to him if it’s true, letting Hermes know it was Thetis, Thanatos, and Minthe.
“I was told that, get this, little bean Persephone had an act of wrath and laid waste to this town.”
Zeus
Hermes offers to look for Persephone on his behalf and leaves at the same time Zeus sees Artemis descends from above. He watches her and suspects something is amiss. Apollo shows up and helps Artemis fizz away to avoid his questions, because he has something he wants to talk to Zeus about instead.
Switch to Hades, who sits at his desk with the comb. Eros drops by, saying he’s been to her school but no one has seen her or was friendly to her.
Seeing the comb, Eros gasps and says how much she loved it, which seems to surprise Hades.
The phone rings, and it’s Thanatos on the other line.
When it goes to voicemail, he calls Minthe and says Hades didn’t pick up. When she talks and he doesn’t answer, we see the reason is because Hermes has him be the collar, and is visibly angry.
