Who is your favorite Lore Olympus character and why?
My favorite Lore Olympus character is our Queen Persephone. I strongly relate to her journey of moving to a new city and being totally overwhelmed. Little by little, she's finding her voice and becoming the person she wants to be.
I always loved Persephone, and my love for her grew even more when she had that "boundaries" conversation with Hades. The strength, maturity, and self-awareness it took to do that was so amazing, and frankly, inspiring.

How did you two get into podcasting?
I'm a huge Survivor fan, but there was no one else other than my husband, Josh, to talk about the episodes with. We started listening to Rob Has A Podcast, where Rob Cesternino, a former Survivor player, recaps all the episodes with his thoughts and opinions. It felt so great to have someone else to listen to. I loved hearing how Rob viewed the same thing we were watching. And every night, I would read webtoons before bed. I thought to myself, it would be really nice to talk to some more people (other than Josh) about these episodes, especially when something really big happens in a webtoon -- like a kiss between our OTP (one true pairing) or a huge cliffhanger. So, I decided to do what Rob does for me, recap webtoon episodes and share my thoughts and opinions on the podcast. It's been fun and I've made so many friends.
Tell us your Lore Olympus story. What got you into Lore Olympus? What made you stay?
I came upon Lore Olympus when it had about 20 episodes or so. I was drawn to it because I remembered learning about Persephone, goddess of spring, in sixth grade. That made me curious enough to give it a try. I stayed for the undeniable chemistry between Persephone and Hades. I know they're going to end up together, but I am here to see how.
I love how many familiar characters in Greek mythology that we get to see filtered through Rachel's mind/interpretation. It's awesome.
What's your favorite moment building your podcast brand?
Hands down, being invited to the Los Angeles Comic Con to moderate a panel with Rachel. Everyone was so kind and there was a lot of good energy all around. I'd love to do more events like that and collaborate with WEBTOON more in the future.
Any advice for a new podcaster out there?
If you can, get a Yeti USB microphone and a pop filter. Use your headphones so you can hear your voice as you record! Be yourself and be consistent. And most importantly, try to have fun with it. If you start a webtoon podcast, let me know! I would love to listen.
