She is Queen of the Gods and the goddess of marriage. After Hades was freed from Kronos, it’s revealed that Hera nursed him back to health. Hades might have had feelings for Hera, but did not act on them as Zeus liked her, as well. Hera helped convince Hades to go to the Underworld and assured him there wouldn’t be a stigma.Although her marriage to Zeus is difficult as he is constantly unfaithful, they seem to have periods where their relationship is okay. She is aware of Zeus’ girlfriends and has given up on stopping his infidelity, but does ask him not to humiliate her and keep the affairs out of the home. She has four children through Zeus, but as of Season 1 in the comic, we have only seen Ares and Hebe. Hephaestus and a sister are mentioned but not shown.AppearanceHera is a shimmering golden with long flowing hair and blue eyes. She has a beauty mark under her left eye. She dresses very elegantly in a vintage 1950’s style. She is very thin and it is implied that she is either body conscious about her weight or her scars around her torso.FamilyMetis is a mother figure to Hera. Though they were created and not related by blood, she was raised to treat Hestia and Demeter as sisters.Zeus and Hera have four children: Ares, Hephaestus, Hebe, and an unknown sister.Eros is Hera’s grandson, but tells Artemis that when Hera looks at him, all she sees is “Aphrodite’s wicked spawn.” RelationshipszeusHera is married to Zeus, with whom she has a strained relationship with due to Zeus’ countless affairs.hadesHades is Hera’s brother-in-law and former fling. Hera goes to him when she has relationship issues and she is very vocal about her disapproval of Minthe. Hera and Hades met briefly before the Titanomachy, after Hades was rescued from Kronos’ stomach. Hera helped nurse Hades back to health and they kissed. However, this relationship came to an end because Zeus expressed his interest in Hera. Hera remained close with Hades. It is implied that whenever Zeus cheats on Hera, Hera gets back at him by sleeping with Hades.
